It's a good idea to be ready for the service call:

·        Have all of your computer disks from the computer manufacturer available. 

·        Have all of your operating system (Windows) disks available - if they're separate. 

·        Have your printer and other hardware disks available.

·        Have your computer, internet service provider  and email user names and passwords available.

·        Copy any error messages you’re getting.
